Norma Jean Thigpen

Norma J. Thigpen was born in Youngstown, Ohio and migrated to Northern California in the late 1970’s. She received her BA in Biology and Master’s in Public Health from San Jose State University. She is retired after serving 30 years as a manager in public health. She continually serves the Lord and provides resource development for organizations through her business, Thigpen Consulting.
